This training creates the fulfillment of the need for every new convert in Jesus Christ to have the opportunity of personal nurture and development.

Apostle Paul admonishes Timothy his disciple thus,

2 Timothy 2:2 And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.

Disciples and Ministers are not made on a production line like an automobile in an assembly plant; they are carefully and prayerfully developed under the loving guidance of a nice trainer who spends much time on his knees praying for them. Like Brother Paul will say, “My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you.” Gal 4:19

Jesus will do it this way,

Mark 3:14 And he ordained twelve, that they should be with him, and that he might send them forth to preach.

Jesus spent time patiently discipling his workers.

Let us get working steadfastly, unmovable, always abiding in the work of the Lord, in and out of season, as much as you know that your labour is not in vain things.
